Instructor: Jason Isbell is an American singer-songwriter and guitarist. He has performed with his band The 400 Unit as well as Drive-By Truckers. Jason also performs solo and he has won four Grammy Awards. He lives in Nashville, Tennessee with his wife Amanda Shires, a fellow musician. Jason has performed at Newport Folk Festival in 2013, 2015, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2021.
