FESTIVAL CANCELLATION

It is with the heaviest of hearts we announce the cancellation of the 2020 Newport Jazz Festival.

What Will Happen to my Casino Gold Membership?

As a member, we thank you for your support. We have decided to rollover your CASINO GOLD Membership to the 2021 Newport Jazz Festival.  Your tickets to the 2021 Newport Jazz Casino Show are all set – you don’t need to do a thing. All other member benefits that were not fulfilled in 2020 will be fulfilled between now and the 2021 festival.

That being said, we are counting on the support of our members to help us in this time of uncertainty. please consider making a tax-deductible donation via this link.

Our ability to continue to make huge differences in the lives of students, artists, teachers, and music lovers like yourselves is completely in your hands – as is our ability to continue to throw these festivals.

Although we won’t be able to gather at the Fort Adams this summer, rest assured we have invited ALL the announced artists to join us next year. In the meantime, we promise we will all commune one way or another on our festival weekend. Stay tuned for more details in the coming weeks. Until then, stay safe. And as our founder George Wein says, don’t miss the beat.
