Newport Festivals Foundation, the nonprofit behind the Newport Folk Festival and Newport Jazz Festival, is excited to debut a brand new charity license plate for Rhode Island music lovers. Proceeds will support the Foundation’s Free Music Lessons program providing free, high-quality private music lessons for all Rhode Island students.

  • Only available for those with active Rhode Island vehicle registrations.
  • You will be able to keep your current RI License plate number. We cannot help with custom, vanity plates.
